Mr. Michael Bruce Garnet Gordon, CBE, KC, MA, is a distinguished legal professional and a central figure in the establishment and development of Tapion Hospital.

As a key member of the founding group, he played a critical role in transforming the vision of Tapion into a reality, providing strategic direction, legal expertise, and governance structure during its formative years and continues to present day.

Mr. Gordon was instrumental in guiding the hospital through its early and more challenging phases, ensuring strong board governance, sound legal frameworks, and organizational stability. His leadership and counsel helped secure the foundation upon which Tapion Hospital has grown into a leading healthcare institution. A stable and trusted confidant to Tapion Hospital’s leadership, he has provided measured guidance during pivotal and often difficult decision-making periods.

A former Managing Partner of Gordon, Gordon & Co., Mr. Gordon led the firm for nearly three decades before serving with distinction as a Judge of the Court of Appeal and Acting Chief Justice. He has since returned to private practice, bringing with him a wealth of legal and judicial experience.
