Dr. Alpha Augustin

Dr. Augustin is a dedicated and highly respected physician with over a decade of distinguished clinical experience.

She completed her medical training at the Latin American School of Medicine in Cuba. Dr. Augustin further solidified her expertise by pursuing postgraduate studies in Internal Medicine at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Cave Hill, Barbados. This rigorous training instilled a foundation in patient-centered clinical care.

As a long-standing and active member of the St. Lucia Medical and Dental Association, Dr. Augustin has served the organization in various capacities. Her commitment to excellence was recognized when she received the Outstanding Junior Physician of the Year award. Driven by a passion for cultivating future medical talent, she currently dedicates time to mentoring junior physicians.

Dr. Augustin’s clinical practice is rigorously guided by the core medical ethical philosophies of non-maleficence, beneficence, patient autonomy, and justice.
