Mr. Bruno G. Didier

Mr. Bruno G. Didier is a seasoned financial services executive with over two decades of senior leadership experience across the Caribbean banking sector. As a Director of Tapion Hospital, he brings strategic insight, financial expertise, and a strong commitment to organizational excellence and sustainable growth.

Mr. Didier currently serves as Regional General Manager – Corporate & Commercial Banking at Republic Bank (EC) Limited, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of business operations and client relationships across the region. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several senior leadership roles, including Head of Corporate & Commercial Banking at both Republic Bank and Scotiabank in Saint Lucia. His experience spans corporate lending, credit risk management, portfolio management, and financial planning, with oversight of assets exceeding US$1 billion.

A results-driven leader, Mr. Didier is recognized for his strategic approach to business development, strong governance practices, and ability to drive operational efficiency. His expertise in risk management, financial analysis, and client relationship management has consistently supported institutional growth and resilience.

He holds a Master of Science in International Management from the University of Liverpool and professional designations from the Canadian Securities Institute, along with specialized training in anti-money laundering compliance, operational risk, and leadership development.

Beyond his executive roles, Mr. Didier is actively engaged in national development and professional organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture and has contributed as a trustee for pension funds within the banking sector.

As a member of the Board of Directors at Tapion Hospital, Mr. Didier provides valuable financial oversight and strategic guidance, supporting the hospital’s mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and to advance healthcare services in Saint Lucia.
