Miss Jane Romulus was present when Tapion commenced operations in 1996.  A woman of remarkable discipline, strength, and unwavering dedication.  She was affectionately known as Miss Jane. She was a proud member of the Tapion team from its very inception and served the institution faithfully until her retirement.

 From the beginning, she carried Tapion Hospital in her heart, always placing the best interests of the institution above all else. Miss Jane began her journey at Tapion as a housekeeper. Through hard work, integrity, and determination, she rose through the ranks and was later promoted to Housekeeping and Restaurant Manager. Her progression was a true testament to her commitment, leadership, and belief in excellence.

Over the course of twenty-six years, she worked tirelessly alongside every department, playing an integral role in ensuring that Tapion Hospital achieved accreditation. She led with firmness and discipline, holding herself and her team to the highest standards. Though she was a strict disciplinarian, she was deeply respected and genuinely loved by those she led, as her expectations were always rooted in care, fairness, and pride in their work.

To her family, and especially to her daughter, Miss Jane was an enduring source of inspiration. Her legacy is one of perseverance, loyalty, and selfless service. She will forever be remembered for her invaluable contributions, her steadfast dedication, and the lasting impact she made on Tapion Hospital and everyone whose lives she touched.
