She began her career at Tapion as a housekeeper and, through hard work, integrity, and determination, steadily advanced to the role of Housekeeping and Restaurant Manager. Her progression stands as a testament to her strong leadership, tireless work ethic, and steadfast pursuit of excellence.

Over a distinguished 26-year tenure, Miss Jane worked closely with all departments, playing an integral role in the hospital’s journey to accreditation. She led with firmness and discipline, upholding the highest standards for herself and her team. While she was known as a strict disciplinarian, she was also deeply respected and genuinely admired, as her expectations were grounded in fairness, care, and pride in a job well done.
