Debra Spencer, RPh is a highly experienced licensed pharmacist with more than 35 years of dedicated service in both community and hospital settings. She graduated in 1990 and began her career in community pharmacy, where she spent six years (1990–1996) developing strong expertise in medication dispensing, patient counseling, and chronic disease management.
For nearly three decades, Ms. Spencer has distinguished herself as a hospital pharmacist, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize medication therapies and enhance patient outcomes. Her work has focused on improving medication safety, preventing adverse drug events, and supporting high-quality, patient-centered care.
