Job Summary:

Tapion Hospital is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced Hospital Executive Administrator to join our Executive Leadership Team. This role is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing all hospital operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to drive organizational excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive oversight and leadership across all hospital departments, including clinical services, nursing, operations, finance, human resources, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives, operational plans, and policies aligned with the hospital’s mission and Board directives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and continuous quality improvement programs.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, accountability, and patient-centered care.
  • Represent the hospital in community engagements, partnerships, and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Academic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (preferred).

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare management, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple departments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, financial management, and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience in emergency management, community engagement, and strategic planning is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in financial management, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, mentor staff, and effectively manage high-pressure or crisis situations.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based with frequent interaction across departments and participation in hospital rounds.
  • Dynamic healthcare environment requiring flexibility, sound professional judgment, and a high level of accountability.
