Dr. Lowell Hughes is a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the Canadian Society of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons. He received his medical degree (with honors) from the University of the West Indies and was board certified in General Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Dr. Hughes completed his plastic and reconstructive residency at the University of Toronto, in Canada and became board certified as a plastic surgeon by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He has over 15 years of experience as a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
