Dr. Julius Gilliard Completed his Psychiatry residency in July 2017 at UWI, St. Augustine Trinidad. He has been employed with the St. Lucia National Wellness Centre from August 2017. He is very passionate about Mental Health and plans to assist with the delivery of Mental Healthcare to the St. Lucian public and also to reduce the stigma associated with Mental Health Issues in St. Lucia.
