Dr. David Brathwaite is a university of the West Indies graduate and has done all his training in the West Midlands, England. After obtaining his Membership of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, he read for his Masters of Medical Sciences at Keele University. This involved his participation in both clinical and basic science research with his work being published in peer reviewed journals and presented at international urology meetings. He then completed his higher surgical training in (Urology). He is on the Specialist Register as a Urologist in the United Kingdom, In June 2010 ( Brussells ) he became a fellow of the European Board of Board of Urology.

Dr. Brathwaite’s practice offers a full spectrum of Urologist service including prostate biopsy, flexible cystoscopy, perctaneous stone surgery, TURP, and urodynamics. His area of special interest is prostatic disease (benign and malignant) and he has spent considerable time performing radical retropubic prostatectomy (surgery for prostate cancer) at the largest urology unit in the West Midlands, England.
